Rate Terms
Rates are net, non-commissionable, provided in Canadian funds. Rates are subject to change for requests of a group of more than 6 people.
Payment and Cancelation Policy
Day Hikes
Payment:
100% of the estimate charges upon booking.
Cancelation:
72 hours prior the day of the service.
More than 1 Day Hike will be considering a Multiday and we’ll proceed with the terms below.
Multiday/Backpacking
Deposits:
To block your dates, we require a deposit in the amount of $500.00 with the signature of contract.
Payment:
100% of the estimated charges must be settled 15 days prior to the first day of the service.
Cancelation:
30 days for a group cancelation. If the group is canceled after the date assigned, we won’t refund the deposit.
15 days for individual cancelations.

Booking Conditions

All participants must sign the Banff Hiking Company's Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement (the "Waiver") prior to commencing any Banff Hiking Company program.

It is imperative you disclose any medical condition that could put you, your guide or others’ safety at risk.

All participants must sign and complete the Banff Hiking Company Guest Declaration of Health at the commencement of any program and for any additional program days must verify that there have been no changes to their health.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, participants may, depending upon program location, be liable for any rescue or evacuation costs incurred either on their behalf or as a result of their actions.

Banff Hiking Company reserves the right to change or cancel any itinerary or service at any time due to insufficient enrolment, bad weather conditions or other reasons without penalty to Banff Hiking Company. We do our best to keep guests informed of any changes.

We cannot guarantee that the conditions or weather will allow an attempt of any specific objective such as a peak or route. We do everything we can to deliver the best experience safely.
